Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business, accounting or finance.
• Postgraduate professional membership with CPA/CAANZ or equivalent.
• Proven leadership skills and management techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial control environment including policy compliance and internal control effectiveness.
• Oversee FP&A, payroll, financial accounting and transaction services.
• Ensure timely, accurate statutory and US reporting.
• Lead audits and regulatory reviews; drive corrective actions.
• Partner with leaders on budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Develop and coach finance staff and promote continuous improvement.
