Job summary

GHD is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support the South Australia and Northern Territory regions. You will collaborate with non-finance leaders to provide strategic analysis, commercial insights and robust cost reporting frameworks.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis, drive process improvements, and deliver trusted financial advice to guide key decisions across projects and clients.

Qualifications

• Formal accounting degree required with CPA/CA or equivalent.
• 7+ years experience in financial accounting and advisory.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance by partnering with the business.
• Provide trusted financial advice to stakeholders to align strategy.
• Analysing actual vs budget, revenue and cost performance.
• Support project pricing and commercial analysis for proposals.
• Ensure PM system reflects commercial terms and billing requirements.
• Lead monthly project reviews and revenue recognition processes.
