Job summary
Ampcontrol is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to support our Power & Infrastructure portfolio. You will partner with portfolio leaders to improve profitability, cash flow and overall business performance, delivering commercial insights and robust financial governance.
You will lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reviews, and develop dashboards using D365 F&O, Power BI and Excel to drive better decision-making and accountability across projects.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
- Significant experience in Finance Business Partnering or related roles.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and management reporting skills.
- Experience partnering with operational or project stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
- Analytical, modelling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial info to non-financials.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building.
Responsibilities
- Partner with portfolio leaders to improve profitability and cash flow.
- Provide commercial advice and scenario analysis for decision-making.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reviews.
- Deliver timely reporting on revenue, margins, costs, and working capital.
- Develop dashboards using D365 F&O, Power BI and Excel.
- Drive process improvements and enhanced financial visibility.
