• CA or CPA qualification.
• Significant experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A or Performance Management leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reviews across the Group.
• Deliver insights on financial performance, risks, opportunities and key business drivers.
• Partner with Executive and operational leaders to improve performance and support decision-making.
• Support investment evaluations, business cases, resource allocation and scenario modelling.
• Drive consistent, timely and actionable management reporting.
• Prepare performance reporting and insights for Executive and Board stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the Finance Business Partner team.
• Improve planning, forecasting and reporting processes through standardisation and automation.
• Leverage D365 F&O, Power BI and other tools to enhance business performance and decision support.

Ampcontrol is seeking a Business Performance Lead to drive our business finance and performance management capability across the Group. In this strategic leadership role, you'll provide one reliable view of financial performance and forward outlook, partnering with Executive and operational leaders to translate strategy into commercial outcomes, informed decisions and accountable actions.

Leading a team of Finance Business Partners, you will play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, performance reviews and business transformation initiatives, helping shape the future performance of a complex and growing organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reviews across the Group.
• Deliver insights on financial performance, risks, opportunities and key business drivers.
• Partner with Executive and operational leaders to improve performance and support decision-making.
• Support investment evaluations, business cases, resource allocation and scenario modelling.
• Drive consistent, timely and actionable management reporting.
• Prepare performance reporting and insights for Executive and Board stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the Finance Business Partner team.

• Champion finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• Significant experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Finance or Performance Management leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading and developing finance teams.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and financial planning.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow and business performance drivers.
• Experience partnering with executive and operational leaders to influence outcomes.
• Strong analytical, commercial and stakeholder management skills.

Highly Regarded

• Experience within engineering, manufacturing, energy, resources, infrastructure or project-based environments.
• Experience leading finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience with D365 Finance & Operations, Power BI and enterprise planning tools.
• Advanced reporting, data visualisation and automation capabilities.
• Postgraduate business or leadership qualifications.
