Job summary

Ampcontrol is seeking a Business Performance Lead to drive our finance and performance management across the Group. You will provide one reliable view of financial performance and forward outlook, partnering with Executive and operational leaders to translate strategy into commercial outcomes, informed decisions and accountable actions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• Significant experience in FP&A and Finance Business Partnering leadership.
• Proven track record in leading and developing Finance teams.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting capabilities.
• Experience partnering with executives to influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reviews across the Group.
• Deliver insights on financial performance, risks, opportunities and key business drivers.
• Partner with Executive and operational leaders to improve performance and support decision-making.
• Support investment evaluations, business cases, resource allocation and scenario modelling.
• Drive consistent, timely and actionable management reporting.
• Prepare performance reporting and insights for Executive and Board stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the Finance Business Partner team.
• Improve planning, forecasting and reporting processes through standardisation and automation.
• Leverage D365 F&O, Power BI and other tools to enhance business performance and decision support.
• Champion finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
