Job summary

DKSH Management Ltd. is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join its ANZ Consumer Goods division in Sydney. You will lead the LBW financials, partnering with sales, marketing and operations to drive profitable growth across AU/NZ retailers.

The role requires senior FP&A experience, a strong business sense and the ability to influence decisions at executive levels. You will own forecasting, budgeting and financial planning while driving transformation projects, including automation and advanced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years' experience in commercial finance, business partnering or FP&A leadership in FMCG/Beauty/retail.
• CA ANZ, CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own the full LBW value chain: revenue, gross profit, EBIT, working capital, inventory, and cash flow.
• Partner with the sales, marketing, operations and leadership team to drive profitable growth.
• Lead analysis of key drivers: Trade Spend, ROI, COGS, inventory and cash flow.
• Present financial insights to key clients and customers, supporting long-term partnerships.
• Financial evaluation of major negotiations, tenders, investments and new business opportunities.
• Ensure financial plans align with strategic objectives and provide data-driven insights.
• Monitor performance against plan and provide clear recommendations to stakeholders.
• Lead budgeting, monthly forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives including automation and Power BI reporting.
