Job summary

DKSH ANZ is seeking a seasoned Commercial Finance leader to support the LBW category within Consumer Goods. You will influence strategic decisions, lead budgeting and forecasting, and partner with sales, marketing, operations and leadership to drive profitable growth across AU and NZ.

With 7+ years in commercial finance, a CA/CPA or equivalent, you will own key metrics such as revenue, gross profit, EBIT and working capital, and drive finance transformation with Power BI and advanced analytics.

Qualifications

7+ years' experience in commercial finance or FP&A leadership within FMCG/Beauty/retail.
Proven ability to partner with sales, marketing and leadership to drive profitable growth.
Cross-functional collaboration and project delivery experience.
CA ANZ, CPA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the full LBW value chain: revenue, gross profit, EBIT, working capital, inventory and cash flow.
Partner with sales, marketing and leadership to drive profitable growth and market share.
Lead analysis of Trade Spend, ROI, COGS, inventory and cash flow drivers.
Present financial insights to clients and customers for strategic decisions.
Evaluate major customer negotiations, tenders and strategic investments.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
