Qualifications

• Qualified in accounting/finance (CA/CPA or equivalent) with professional certification.
• 5–7 years in finance management or controller role.
• Experience with fuel industry software and accounting systems.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modelling.
• Proven ability to lead a finance team and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations including AP/AR and GL.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Oversee budgeting and variance analysis.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital.
• Implement and monitor financial controls and procedures.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax advisors on compliance.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Lead, train and develop the finance team.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Support strategic planning with financial analysis and forecasting.
