Job summary

Oztent, a premium Australian brand, is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to own the finance function and partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive profitability and growth.

This role demands hands-on leadership, deep expertise in manufacturing finance, inventory optimization and strategic planning, with responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, systems improvements and building a high-performance finance team.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance, CA/CPA highly regarded.
• Proven senior finance experience in manufacturing/wholesale or product-based business.
• Strong inventory, supply chain and operational finance understanding.
• Hands-on leader with strategic influence and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end finance, accounting and reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial modelling.
• Provide timely financial insights to drive profitability and decisions.
• Develop and mentor a small finance team, build scalable processes.
• Support funding, risk management and compliance.
