SMEC (an SJ Group company) invites applications for a Finance Business Partner Lead role in Melbourne. You will oversee financial performance and provide strategic advice to the Global Water & Environment Sector, partnering with sector leadership and group finance.

Based in Melbourne, you will lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and commercial governance, while delivering continuous process improvements and people leadership within the I+E Finance team.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong commercial mindset with ability to translate financial data into business insights.
• Proven leadership capability and experience in finance leadership or business partnering.
• Experience in corporate finance, governance and performance management.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic financial leadership and support to the Global Water & Environment Sector.
• Oversee reporting, budgeting, forecasting and modelling for major projects.
• Drive governance, risk management and continuous improvement of financial processes and controls.
• Partner with Sector leadership and Group Finance to enable informed decision-making and performance.
