Job summary

Surbana Jurong in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Business Partner Lead, Finance to provide strategic financial leadership for the Global Water & Environment Sector. You will oversee reporting, budgeting, forecasting and modelling, while partnering with sector leadership to maximise performance.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, a track record of leadership, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline.
• MBA qualifications will be highly regarded.
• Proven experience in a comparable finance leadership or business partnering role.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, financial governance and business performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial leadership and performance for the Global Water & Environment Sector.
• Analyse commercial, financial and project performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling for key projects and initiatives.
• Drive governance, risk management and project controls across the sector.
• Collaborate with Sector leadership and Finance leads across the Group to support priorities.
• Support regional ANZ finance activities and initiatives.
