Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions in Perth seeks a Senior Management Accountant to coordinate quarterly and annual financial statements, manage budget transfers and deliver advanced Power BI reports.

The role requires ERP experience (Oracle/SAP) and strong communication with executive and operational teams to support decision making. Permanent, full-time position based in Western Australia.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, accounting and budget preparation for medium/large orgs.
• Ability to lead complex financial analysis and provide high-level advice to senior management.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle or SAP) and Power BI data modelling and dashboard design.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with executive and operational staff.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Lead design and delivery of advanced financial reporting and analytics solutions.
• Oversee production of financial reports and dashboards for monthly/periodic review.
• Support annual budget process and accrual accounting activities.
