Stryker's Medical Asia Pacific (APAC) Finance team invites you to contribute to business performance across the region. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will partner with senior leaders to provide financial insights, support planning, and drive profitability improvements.

You will combine finance expertise with business intelligence to shape decisions and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the function, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and regional priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, and projection processes for the Medical APAC division.
• Own monthly P&L reporting, ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze sales, margin, and operating performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Present monthly financial results, forecasts, and insights to regional leadership.
• Partner with commercial leaders to evaluate investments and sales initiatives.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve revenue and profitability.
• Coordinate with accounting, compliance, taxation, and risk to align with policies.
• Deliver continuous improvement projects to enhance financial processes and reporting.
