Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Manager, Workplace Operations to lead and evolve our workplace portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. You will oversee facilities, services, and real estate initiatives while partnering with regional leaders to align space strategy with business growth.

This role emphasizes safety, compliance, and employee experience, with responsibility for budgets and vendor governance across multiple sites in ANZ.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Workplace or Facilities Operations within a complex or regulated environment.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgeting and business case skills.
• Proven ability to deliver complex workplace initiatives with planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Workplace Operations team across facilities, infrastructure, maintenance, space utilisation and services.
• Partner with regional leaders to translate business needs into effective workplace and space strategies.
• Govern third‑party providers for facilities, building services, moves, hospitality, cleaning and security.
• Oversee regional RE&F projects including moves, renovations and occupancy tracking.
• Own regional operating and capital budgets with forecasting, variance reporting and reviews.
• Ensure safe, compliant and sustainable workplace operations aligned with standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Security, Finance, Legal, EHS and global RE&F to deliver integrated solutions.
