You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, perform reconciliations, support BAS and tax return preparation, and participate in internal audits and strategic planning with stakeholders across the group.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or related discipline, plus at least 5 year experience in a similar position.
• Hands-on experience with GOAT property management software and Xero.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with commercial and industrial portfolios, and property developments.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Planning and Organisational skills, with ability to meet deadlines and multi-task.
• Ability to work independently and in a team engaging with various internal and external stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Preparing annual budget and monthly forecasts
• Accounts reconciliation and intercompany loan reconciliations across group entities
• Preparation of BAS and income tax return
• Preparation and review of end-of-month and end-of-financial-year reports
• Review of the company's revenue, operating costs, and cost of goods sold
• Internal audits and compliance regarding company's financial matters
• Report to the Director to inform strategic planning
