Job summary

Sonder is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead our facilities, property and infrastructure portfolio across multiple sites. You will ensure sites are safe, compliant, well maintained and fit for purpose, while driving continuous improvement and effective budgeting.

You will work with senior leaders to advise on facilities planning and property management, lead a high-performing team, and ensure regulatory requirements are met. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing facilities, property and infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Proven ability to lead capital works projects from planning through completion.
• Experience with budgets, procurement, tenders and contractor performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-site facilities operations and maintenance programs.
• Provide strategic advice on facilities planning and asset management.
• Lead a high-performing facilities team and ensure WHS compliance.
