Job summary

The Australian National University (ANU) is seeking a highly capable Executive Officer to support the Director Regulatory Affairs and Engagement and the Office of the Vice-Chancellor. You will provide strategic advice, secretariate and communications support, and administration to multiple committees and senior staff.

Qualifications

• Experience providing high-level administrative support and confidential handling of information.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with stakeholder engagement experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and support for strategic initiatives; secretariate and communications support to committees across the University; and administrative support for the Office of the Vice-Chancellor and Director Regulatory Affairs and Engagement.
• Coordinate multiple tasks across projects in a fast-paced environment, exercising good judgement and discretion.
• Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders; contribute to delivery of outcomes aligned with the University's priorities.
