Job summary

Take your career to the next level at Women’s and Children’s Health Network (WCHN). Reporting to the Executive Director, New WCH Project, you will provide high-level executive support while implementing strategy and coordinating projects.

The Senior Executive Officer will bridge strategy and communication between the Executive Office, the organisation, and stakeholders, delivering accurate advice and proactive guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience liaising with senior executives and providing high-level responses.
• Experience initiating and managing change.
• Advanced executive support capabilities including but not limited to providing effective project management support.
• Ability to sustain high-level performance, determine priorities, organise workloads and meet demanding deadlines.
• Awareness of political and socio-economic influences that impact health planning, funding and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare written communication of a professional standard, including executive briefs.
• Deliver accurate, proactive, high-quality advice to the nominated Executive and the Executive Team.
• Promote relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Support development and implementation of communication strategies to streamline relationships and methods.
• Proactively identify issues and formulate appropriate responses.
