Job summary

Women’s and Children’s Health Network (WCHN) is seeking a Senior Executive Officer for the New WCH Project in Adelaide CBD. The role reports to the Executive Director and bridges strategy with operations, coordinating high-level communications across the organisation and stakeholders.

You will provide executive support, drive project management activities, and help implement strategic initiatives while maintaining strong, proactive relationships with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience liaising with senior executives and providing high level responses.
• Experience initiating and managing change.
• Advanced executive support capabilities including project management support.
• Ability to sustain high level performance, prioritise, organise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Awareness of political and socio-economic influences on health services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare written communication of a professional standard, including executive briefs.
• Deliver high-quality advice to the nominated Executive and the Executive Team.
• Promote relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Support development and implementation of communication strategies to streamline relationships.
• Proactively identify issues and formulate appropriate responses.
