Job summary

Airservices Australia is seeking an experienced executive officer to sit at the centre of critical priorities, reporting to the CFO. You will connect enterprise planning, governance, performance, funding and strategic delivery into a cohesive, actionable framework.

Engaging with the CEO, Executive team, government agencies and external partners, you will drive alignment, accountability and outcomes across multiple workstreams, supporting major investment initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Executive Officer, Chief of Staff, strategic advisory, governance or similar role.
• Ability to build alignment and drive outcomes in complex environments.
• Experience coordinating complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy in a CFO environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive briefings and papers.
• Ability to translate complex finance/governance issues into actionable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management across executive, operational and external partners.
• Experience in government, regulated or infrastructure contexts desirable.
• Relevant qualifications in business, commerce, finance or public policy desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate enterprise planning, governance and performance reporting.
• As CFO Office extension, connect information, priorities and stakeholders.
• Engage with CEO and Executive team, government agencies and external partners to drive alignment and outcomes.
• Contribute to major investment initiatives and equity assurance measures.
