Job summary

The NSW Department of Customer Service is seeking an Executive Officer in Parramatta or other NSW Fair Trading offices. This full-time, ongoing role offers hybrid work and a salary range of $154,231 to $178,369 per year plus super and leave loading.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging with senior executives and government stakeholders.
• Experience leading complex projects from concept to delivery.
• Strong budgeting and financial management experience.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to translate information into clear, actionable advice.
• Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes through collaboration.
• Experience in leading people and building capability.
• Degree or equivalent in a relevant field or demonstrated experience.
• Experience providing strategic advice and executive support to senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Office of the Strata and Property Services Commissioner team and manage the delivery of executive support services.
• Coordinate strategic planning, business reporting and governance activities.
• Lead financial management processes for the Branch, including budgeting, forecasting and workforce planning.
• Lead and contribute to projects and transformation programs that enable outcomes.
• Foster collaboration across teams and promote a high-performing, customer-focused and outcomes-driven culture.
