Sydney Opera House is seeking an experienced Event Account Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver a diverse range of events from concept through to completion. You will be the primary client contact, build trusted relationships and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to create memorable experiences.

The role demands strong organisational skills, sound judgment and the ability to manage budgets, timelines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in theatre and event management across multiple event types.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in event management.
• Proven leadership in high‑pressure environments with strong communication.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial oversight.
• Contract management and project delivery expertise with attention to detail.
