Job summary

Brisbane Airport Corporation is seeking an Environment Advisor for its Commercial Property portfolio. You will provide practical, risk-based environmental advice across development, construction and operation, partnering with Property and Works managers to ensure compliant, sustainable outcomes.

You will support the EMS, review environmental docs, manage inspections and audits, and build strong relationships with regulators and project teams to advance the Airport Environment Strategy.

Qualifications

• Degree in environmental science, engineering, planning or related discipline.
• Knowledge of environmental legislation, standards and EMS.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with contaminated land, environmental auditing or construction projects is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, risk-based environmental advice across development, construction and operational projects.
• Review environmental assessments, management plans and project documentation.
• Conduct environmental inspections, audits and compliance monitoring.
• Support development and maintenance of the EMS across the organisation.
• Assist with monitoring, data analysis and performance reporting.
