Responsibilities

• Leading enterprise workforce planning methodology development and governance.
• Conducting workforce demand and supply analysis across datasets.
• Designing scenario modelling to highlight assumptions, impacts, risks, and trade-offs.
• Leading executive reporting and briefing preparation with monthly position papers.
• Driving stakeholder engagement across Finance, HR and business areas.
• Translating workforce and financial data into evidence-based decisions.
