Job summary

Awardco is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to own the strategic layer of our systems ecosystem. You will bridge Systems Ops, IT/Security, and Data/AI, defining architecture strategy across Business Operations, GTM, and internal platforms, ensuring a secure, scalable foundation above infrastructure.

The role requires deep Salesforce experience and strong API/data modeling skills to keep our architecture AI-ready and well-governed.

Qualifications

8+ years in Business Systems, Enterprise Architecture, or Systems/Solutions Engineering with Salesforce expertise.
Demonstrated experience owning architecture strategy across multiple systems and teams.
Expert in Event-Driven Distributed Systems and Multi-Tenant Partner Provisioning.
Strong understanding of integration patterns (APIs, middleware) and data modeling.
Knowledge of AI/LLM connectivity patterns (MCP servers, tool-use APIs).
Proven ability to partner effectively with Security/IT and Data/AI functions.
Ability to produce architectural artifacts: blueprints, diagrams, roadmaps.
Strong systems thinking and leadership of ambiguous, high-complexity initiatives.

Responsibilities

Define and own the enterprise architecture strategy across Operations, GTM, and internal platforms.
Establish architecture standards, integration patterns, and governance practices.
Design scalable integration patterns and AI-connectivity models for systems.
Guide decisions on automation vs. AI-based reasoning in production contexts.
Review and approve architecture for major system changes for scalability and security.
