Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Enterprise Architecture and/or Business Architecture.
• Experience developing and maintaining enterprise architecture artefacts and business capability models.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business capability maps and architecture artefacts.
• Connect business strategy, organisational capabilities and technology investments.
• Identify capability gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide strategic guidance to support decision-making.
• Establish architecture governance, guardrails and assurance processes.
• Support reduction of technical debt and technology risk.
• Mature the organisation's Business Architecture capability and practices.
• Communicate architectural concepts to stakeholders.
• Analyse requirements to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes and capabilities.
