Job summary

Wilderness School in Adelaide is seeking an Enrolments Manager to lead the school's enrolment activities and drive growth.

This permanent full-time role reports to the Principal, coordinates tours, interviews, scholarships, and overseas student enrolments, and oversees Front Office operations.

The role combines strategic planning, data analysis of enrolment trends, and relationship building with families to meet the school's objectives.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in commerce, sales, a marketing related discipline or education, or equivalent experience
• Proactive view of exceptional customer service with strategic and analytical thinking
• Ability to develop strategic plans to ensure recruitment outcomes
• Advanced ICT skills in MS Office and experience with databases; knowledge of website publishing software advantageous
• Experience in enrolments, student services, or education setting is desirable
• Experience in business development or sales is desirable
• Strong decision making and problem solving, initiative, research and analysis
• Superior organisational skills with goal setting and multi-task management

Responsibilities

• Lead enrolments and administer student enrolments with short and long-term strategies
• Scope and define the enrolment experience across key stages
• Conduct private tours and organise principal interviews
• Coordinate scholarship and testing processes
• Manage overseas enrolments in line with regulatory information
• Oversee Front Office operations and staff
• Analyse enrolment data to identify trends and report monthly
