• Ability to translate vision into practical priorities, standards and measurable outcomes.

• Lead the strategy for strengthening a high-performance engineering culture and set expectations for engineering performance and leadership.
• Define meaningful performance signals by combining engineering personas with insights to inform leadership decisions.
• Shape what great engineering leadership looks like and identify opportunities to strengthen effectiveness and influence of engineering leaders.
• Connect performance and capability insights with engineering career development and progression, identifying engineers for next opportunities.
• Lead the vision, product direction and evolution of the Engineering Promotion application and its supporting technology, in collaboration with engineering delivery teams.
• Partner with engineering leaders and skilling teams to strengthen technical capability and engineering mindset across the organisation.
