Campbelltown City Council in Campbelltown NSW is seeking an experienced Economic Development Lead to drive place-based growth across the LGA. You will design and deliver programs supporting local business, attract investment and build a resilient workforce.

The role sits in the Social Outcomes and Place team, coordinating with education, industry, and government partners to shape a future-ready economy that puts people and place at the centre.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering economic development projects/programs.
• Ability to conduct high-level economic analysis, market studies, and data analysis.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement with small businesses, developers, educators, and chambers.
• Knowledge of planning/policy frameworks and ability to advise on DAs/PPs.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and delivery of economic development programs.
• Provide strategic advice on economic development matters.
• Lead business engagement and capacity-building programs.
• Build relationships with Chamber of Commerce and regional partners.
