Job summary
St Stephens Hospital is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Clinical Services division in Hervey Bay, Queensland. You will lead Nursing, Allied Health and Quality teams, ensuring high-quality patient care and cost-effective service delivery.
You will work with the General Manager to drive governance, budgeting, and performance improvement across the hospital’s clinical continuum, from admission to discharge, while advancing
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Nursing with post-graduate leadership qualifications desirable.
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Proven track record in setting strategy with governance, budgeting, and KPI targets.
- Experience leading Nursing, Allied Health and Quality teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to Nursing, Allied Health Services and Quality Support Teams.
- Oversee strategic and operational management of Clinical Services.
- Collaborate with General Manager to optimise customer service, financial efficiencies and care delivery.
- Support accreditation, OHS and safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment.
