St Stephens Private Hospital in Hervey Bay is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to lead clinical operations and support services. You will drive strategic management of nursing, allied health and quality teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

The role requires strong leadership, governance and budgeting capabilities, with a focus on performance improvement and accreditation readiness within a not-for-profit hospital network.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Nursing Degree or equivalent, with post-graduate qualifications (desirable).
• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Proven track record in setting strategy with governance, budgeting and KPI management.
• Preparation of annual budgets, capital expenditure requests and annual strategic/business plan.
• Extensive knowledge of HR, WHS and Continuous Quality Improvement practices.
• Willingness to obtain vaccinations and clearances as required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to Nursing, Allied Health Services and Quality Support Teams.
• Ensure high standards of patient care and appropriate risk management.
• Oversee resource utilisation across an integrated continuum of care.
• Collaborate with the hospital's executive leadership team on performance improvements.
• Deputise into the General Manager role and oversee responsibility services as directed by the GM.
• Lead OHS and Quality initiatives to ensure a safe work environment.
