Accenture in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Manager to lead DevOps, platform engineering and transformation initiatives, advising senior technology leaders and shaping enterprise roadmaps.

You will drive modern CI/CD, IaC, cloud adoption and security automation, while coaching multidisciplinary teams and supporting growth through client engagements. Australian citizenship is required for this role.

• Experience leading DevOps and transformation programs across large organisations.
• Strong consulting mindset with ability to advise senior technology leaders.
• Proven ability to shape operating models and transformation roadmaps.

Mansioni

• Advise senior technology stakeholders on DevOps, DevSecOps, platform engineering, and transformation strategies.
• Lead enterprise-wide assessments and define future-state operating models and roadmaps.
• Shape large-scale engineering enablement programs spanning people, process, security, governance, and technology.
• Define enterprise DevOps and DevSecOps reference architectures, patterns, and standards.
• Guide the implementation of modern CI/CD, IaC, cloud, and automation capabilities.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor.
• Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams across engineering, architecture, delivery, and security.
• Support business growth through solutioning, proposals, client presentations, and strategic pursuits.
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence across complex environments.
