Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager, DevOps to lead large-scale transformation programs, advise senior technology leaders, and help organisations build modern engineering capabilities that accelerate innovation and business outcomes. The role combines strategic thinking with client advisory and people leadership across Azure, AWS, GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes and related tooling.

You will shape enterprise-wide transformation programs, establish standards and governance, and coach engineering

Qualifications

• Leadership in DevOps strategy and transformation
• Experience with platform engineering and cloud-native transformations
• Expertise in engineering governance and operating models
• Strong architectural and governance frameworks for large-scale programs
• Automation, IaC, and modern software delivery (CI/CD)
• Security, risk and compliance considerations at enterprise scale
• Strategic advisory to executives and stakeholders
• Experience with Azure, AWS, GCP and related tooling

Responsibilities

• Advise senior technology leaders on DevOps and transformation strategies
• Lead enterprise maturity assessments and operating model design
• Develop roadmaps spanning people, process, security, tooling & governance
• Act as trusted advisor to client executives on engineering excellence
• Shape large transformation programs from strategy to implementation
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across architecture, security, delivery and change
• Establish engineering standards, governance models and patterns
• Support business growth through proposals and client presentations
• Coach and develop future engineering leaders
