Job summary

Qube Bulk is seeking a Demand Planner in Gladstone to coordinate the client’s supply chain across multiple sites, using several transport modes. You will communicate with internal and external stakeholders to optimise forecasts and ensure responsive planning.

Qualifications

• Flexible thinking and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for planning and reporting.
• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised once trained.
• Current QESC or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate forecasting activities to support customer demand across sites.
• Communicate with stakeholders to circulate plans and update actions.
• Prepare on-time, accurate reporting and attend logistics meetings.
• Escalate issues to the Logistics Superintendent/Manager promptly.
• Collaborate with operational teams for planning and resource allocation.
• Report on overall performance of haulage tasks and optimize supply chain.
