Job summary

Qube is seeking a Customer Service Representative to coordinate freight and deliver top-tier service from North Fremantle, WA. The role involves planning daily transport for key accounts, lodging entries accurately, and recording special instructions to meet customer needs.

You will maintain excellent service for internal and external customers and update clients on transportation progress, while working in a collaborative, proactive environment.

Qualifications

• Great interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Experience in Transport/Logistics is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to work autonomously with a proactive approach to tasks.
• Flexible and adaptable to a demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan the daily transport function for specific clients and major accounts.
• Prepare, check and lodge entries accurately in a timely manner.
• Ensure all customer requirements are met by recording special instructions.
• Maintain excellent customer service to internal and external customers and ensure client satisfaction.
• Problem solve using own initiative, keeping customers updated with progress on transportation issues.
