Job summary

Paras & Partners is seeking a commercially minded Supply & Demand Planner for Wholesale Hardware to turn data into action. You’ll work with a global brand leader, shaping inventory strategy and driving demand planning excellence across sales, marketing, operations and supply chain.

You’ll build monthly forecasts, align supply with demand, support S&OP, and create dashboards using ERP systems and Excel. A 4+ year track record in demand planning or supply chain analytics is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in demand planning, forecasting or supply chain analytics.
• Experience working in S&OP or integrated planning environments.
• Strong systems capability (ERP/MRP — Iptor, AS400 or similar).
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, large data sets).
• Sharp analytical mindset — you see the story behind the numbers.
• Strong communication skills — you can influence without overcomplicating.
• Ability to juggle priorities and stay focused in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience with tools like Netstock or similar planning systems is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage monthly forecasts across multiple states.
• Align supply plans with demand, inventory targets and operational capacity.
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing to bring commercial plans to life.
• Contribute to S&OP and planning forums.
• Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports using ERP and Excel.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste and save costs.
