Job summary

NCS Australia is seeking an experienced Data Product Manager to lead enterprise-wide data governance and data management initiatives. You will drive data controls, retention, access management, and data lifecycle practices across the organisation.

Working with business and technology stakeholders in an Agile environment, you will define strategies and roadmaps, manage projects, and report on governance outcomes while building data literacy and a culture of responsible data use.

Qualifications

• Experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or Data Analytics environments.
• Proven experience delivering data-related projects and initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data controls, including data retention, access management, and data lifecycle management.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of privacy, risk, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute data management strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead delivery of data-related projects in an Agile environment.
• Embed governance frameworks across the organisation and manage risk and stakeholder engagement.
