Qualifications

• High school certificate (Year 12) is the minimum education requirement.
• 2 years relevant experience in customer service or technical support.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end OTC performance management for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve OTC queries.
• Monitor open orders, deliveries, returns and disputes.
• Identify root causes and drive improvement initiatives.
• Prepare customer updates and regular operational reports.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance and Sales.
