Job summary

Varonis is seeking a Customer Success Operations Manager in Sydney to orchestrate the customer journey, drive value realization, and align operations with business goals. You will work with regional leadership to develop strategies that enhance satisfaction and loyalty in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with sales, account managers, and TAMs to create effective account plans, implement a robust feedback loop, and build training programs for ongoing team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related business field.
• Proven experience in customer success, operations management, or a similar role.
• Strong data analytics and KPI-driven decision-making.
• Experience with customer journey mapping and experience optimization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement standard methodologies for customer success operations.
• Set and track clear goals, KPIs, and metrics to measure success.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data.
• Use data insights to inform strategies and predict trends that improve retention and growth.
• Work with sales, account managers, and TAMs to create account plans that deliver meaningful outcomes.
