Job summary

Varonis in Australia seeks a Deployment Engineer to lead end-to-end implementation of the Varonis platform for SMB to enterprise customers. You will manage multiple deployments across pre-sales and post-sales phases, from readiness validation to configuration and go-live, ensuring a seamless deployment experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with all audiences from non-technical to executive level.
• Proficiency with Active Directory, Windows, NAS, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting in a Windows Domain environment.
• Relentless multi-tasking and proactive initiative to drive opportunities to completion.
• Comfort working under pressure while maintaining professionalism with customers and colleagues.
• Preferred: information security education and cloud platforms knowledge (Salesforce, Azure Blob, Snowflake, AWS).
• Preferred: NTFS permissions, least privilege model, data governance and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Work with sales on new business opportunities and upsell activity.
• Understand customer requirements and implement the Varonis platform to address business needs.
• Present technical information about the Varonis platform to customers.
• Manage multiple deployments across evaluation lifecycle phases.
• Address customer concerns and foster positive evaluation experiences.
• Identify gaps in product documentation and configuration to improve deployment.
• Communicate effectively with internal and customer teams to ensure smooth go-lives.
