Job summary

The Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) is seeking an experienced Special Counsel, Strategic Advice in NSW. You will lead a team delivering strategic legal guidance on complex government and environmental matters, shaping policy and legislative reform while supporting major projects and risk management.

Qualifications

• Admitted or eligible for NSW Solicitor/Barrister admission.
• Law degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience providing strategic legal advice in government or regulatory contexts.
