KBR is seeking a Cost Control Lead to steer cost management across a large infrastructure portfolio in Australia. You will drive robust forecasting, reporting, and governance, while mentoring a team of Cost Controllers.

You will collaborate with Program Directors, commercial teams and project stakeholders to ensure alignment with approved scope and strategic goals, delivering value across the portfolio.

• Proven experience in cost control and project controls across large capital programs.
• Strong analytical and financial reporting capabilities.
• Experience working in multi-project environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Leadership experience with coaching teams.
