Job summary

MAB is seeking a technically strong and commercially minded Finance Manager, Corporate Services, to lead financial reporting, treasury, and compliance across multiple divisions. You will manage a small team, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive improvements in reporting accuracy and governance.

The role offers exposure to strategic planning, budgeting and investment activity within a dynamic private group.

Qualifications

• You will hold CA/CPA qualifications and have a track record in complex multi-entity finance environments.
• Experience leading month-end, year-end and statutory reporting processes across entities.
• Strong governance, risk management and tax/compliance capabilities with commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and drive process improvements.
• Leadership experience including mentoring and developing finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end reporting across Corporate Services, Investment Management and overseas divisions.
• Manage annual financial statements, audit requirements, tax reconciliations and statutory reporting.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow, accounts payable and payroll accounting processes.
• Provide commercial analysis and management reporting to senior leadership.
• Drive finance transformation, process improvements and implementation of new standards.
