Qualifications

• Experience in contracts and procurement delivering projects in mining, resources, construction, infrastructure or energy sectors.
• Strong understanding of tendering, contract negotiation, post award administration and claims management.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and changing project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement and contracting strategies aligned with project objectives and schedules.
• Advise on contract models, packaging strategies, market engagement and supplier selection.
• Prepare tender documents and robust contracts; coordinate tender processes end-to-end.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing and allocation of risk; administer contracts and manage variations and claims.
• Maintain contract records, reporting and governance; contribute to continuous improvement across procurement activities.
• Provide commercial leadership on complex or high-value work and support junior colleagues.
