Court Services Victoria is recruiting a Senior Contract Manager to lead the strategic management of a portfolio of high-value, high-risk contracts. You will ensure suppliers deliver outcomes, manage commercial risks, and maintain value for money across the contract lifecycle.

Working with business owners and suppliers, you will provide expert commercial advice, oversee negotiations, and drive governance, performance reviews, and risk mitigation to support organisational objectives.

Qualificações

• 7–10 years' experience in contract management.
• Strong working knowledge of Victorian Government procurement principles, policies and practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic management of a high-value, high-risk contract portfolio across the contract lifecycle.
• Provide authoritative commercial advice to senior leaders and stakeholders on complex contracts.
• Lead complex negotiations, variations, dispute resolution and supplier performance initiatives.
