Job summary

Jigsaw Talent Management, partnering with a leading Tier 1 mining company, is seeking an experienced Contract Manager in Perth CBD to support its projects and procurement function. You will manage the full contract lifecycle and drive commercial outcomes while minimising risk.

You will develop sourcing strategies, oversee performance and disputes, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external contractors in a fast-paced mining environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Contract Management, Contract Specialist or Category Management in mining or major projects.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement and contract management.
• Experience in complex contract negotiations, claims and dispute resolution.
• Commercially astute with ability to identify opportunities and manage risk.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle from tendering to close-out.
• Support development and implementation of category and project sourcing strategies.
• Oversee contract performance, variations, claims and dispute resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve commercial outcomes, drive capital efficiency and deliver value.
• Provide commercial advice and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external contractors.
