More, an Australian telecommunications brand, is seeking a Head of Commercial Finance & Modelling to guide commercial decisions as the business scales. You will build robust financial models, shape forecasting, and partner with the CEO and ELT to translate data into actionable insights across Product, Technology, Operations and Growth.

You will drive budgeting, planning and investment evaluation, supporting strategic initiatives, profitability and cash flow improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering or a similar senior finance leadership role.
• Strong financial modelling capability, with the ability to translate complex business issues into commercial and financial insights.
• Strong commercial judgement and financial acumen.
• Demonstrated experience leading budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
• Experience developing business cases and evaluating investments to support strategic decision-making.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and key business performance drivers.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge assumptions constructively.

Aufgaben

• Own budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and strategic planning activities.
• Analyse customer growth, revenue, churn, profitability, margin and cash flow, and provide executive-level reporting.
• Evaluate vendor investments, procurement decisions and cost optimisation initiatives.
• Partner with the CFO to maintain strong financial governance and support sound decision-making.
• Lead finance transformation, AI and automation initiatives for forecasting and reporting.
• Build a culture of commercial curiosity, accountability and continuous improvement.
