Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership and coordination of the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of recommendations arising from ISR1 and ISR2 clinical incident investigations across NT Health.
• Translate investigation findings into sustainable operational improvement, strengthen organisational learning, and provide authoritative advice to executives on patient safety, clinical governance and system performance.
