Job summary

Westpac is seeking a Change Reporting and Visualisation Analyst to support the UNITE scaled migration program within Consumer. You will own the single view of change, gather data, and develop reporting that aligns with the change strategy and business objectives.

In this role you will collaborate with change management teams, governance forums, and readiness squads to produce insights, dashboards, and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinker with a key eye for detail.
• Strong in utilising Power Platform to visualise data for governance and reporting.
• Solid understanding of change management, governance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with change management execution teams and readiness teams to gather and synthesize insights, risks and progress updates.
• Assisting in production of reporting and insights to governance forums and dashboards.
• Contributing to development of tools and processes that enhance change readiness and visibility.
• Supporting Change Delivery teams in management of the Banker panel.
