Job summary

Hofmann Engineering Pty Ltd in Perth, Western Australia, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join the executive team. This onsite-only, full-time role leads transformation across financial systems, governance, and reporting, guiding investment decisions and strategic direction.

The CFO will partner with the MD/Board, shaping capital planning, risk, and performance analytics. CA/CPA qualified, with deep expertise in Australian and international taxation, compliance, and ERP systems

Qualifications

Senior finance leadership experience in manufacturing or engineering.
CA/CPA qualified with knowledge of Australian and international financial, taxation and compliance standards.
Strategic mindset with ability to translate data into business outcomes.
Influential leadership and ability to build relationships across the executive team.
Hands-on approach and comfort operating in a fast-paced business.

Responsibilities

Lead transformation of financial systems, governance and reporting.
Shape long-term financial strategy, capital planning and investment decisions.
Partner with senior leadership to influence commercial performance.
Deliver timely, data-driven insights through forecasting and automated reporting.
